A4. Screen development in the Customization Studio is similar to creating a presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint or Lotus Freelance. There is no programming or scripting required. The ideal candidate to customize the application is a user who is familiar with the host application, has strong PC skills and is comfortable learning a new competency. Another possible administrator is a host application programmer who is familiar with the host application.
