Q13. Does the telnet connection between ResQPortal and the host run SSL?

A13. Normally, there is no need to run SSL from the Web server to the TN3270 server. These two servers are usually connected locally via high speed (100 Mbs or more) intranet/LAN setup, where the traffic is not flowing outside to the Internet. If, however, there is a need to secure that link, an optional telnet SSL is available.
